Mmmm, lovely! Just got back from Colorado and there were so many wild asters in bloom...it was a treat to see. I'm sure yours are bringing you just as much joy ;)
Oh, btw Tammy, thank you so much for all your prayers for rain for us down here in Texas. Your dedication and determination to keep us in your daily prayers is not taken lightly and is so appreciated. There was rain around the city last night - no rain here in my neck of the woods but we are hopeful and pray daily for God to reign and rain down on us!
Very pretty, and the photo is well-composed. Perfect for a WW!
ReplyDeleteThe pedals are really nice on this plant.
ReplyDeleteAsters are such a great plant...pretty blooms and good for the butterflies!
ReplyDeleteAsters and goldenrod, the season of royal colors! Nature knew what she was doing when she put clear purple with rich gold. Colors to dress a king.

ReplyDeleteHappy little face of fall, the aster.
ReplyDeleteAsters are just wonderful aren't they? I like the masses of them at this time of year, there's purple in every ditch.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear about the inspiration for a small pond, the puddle by the water trough is full of frogs now!
